Shipping estimators are provided by USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL. We do not mark-up on shipping. If you feel the quoted rate is too high, please email us and we’ll try to do something to earn your business! We also do not believe in adding handling charges to our customers. You give us the business and it’s our duty to prepare and handle the packaging.

We accept Paypal, Paypal Pay Later, Venmo, Major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, Square and even personal checks.

We ship our products worldwide and highly recommend FEDEX/ UPS. Since each country has different import rules and regulations, customers are responsible for any duty to be collected (IF ANY). Please rest assured, we have over two decades of shipping experience to almost any country with many satisfied customers worldwide, feel free to email us info@yanknives.com and we’ll walk you through the process.

All orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours. In most instances, shipping labels are purchased from Paypal shipping and tracking numbers automatically emailed to customers’ email addresses listed with Paypal. If you don’t receive any tracking numbers after an email confirmation that your order has been shipped, please check your spam folder.

All products are carefully inspected before we ship them out. In the rare event that the products arrive damaged, please notify us and the carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) immediately ( Within 48 hours ). Upon inspection and approval by the carriers and us, we will gladly replace the items.

Returns must be in a new unused condition with all original parts intact. Restocking fee of 20% and the original cost of shipping will be deducted from return if item is returned simply because customers changed their minds. The cost of shipping the return is the responsibility of the purchaser.
